An older terrace house with a tiled roof, window grilles and terrazzo floors, reworked with a white rendered facade, a horizontal-slat gate and a glass balcony screen. Inside, an open-plan living and dining area with a black-framed staircase, a kitchen with a veined stone splashback and island, a home study behind a glass partition, new bathrooms in large-format grey tiles, and a timber pivot front door.
