Can you install commercial kitchen equipment?
Yes. We supply and install commercial kitchen equipment (cooking ranges, ovens, fridges, dishwashers, prep tables) and coordinate with equipment vendors for specialised items (combi ovens, sushi cases, espresso machines). All gas, water, and power connections are handled by licensed trades.
What about grease traps, exhaust ducting, and ventilation?
Critical and often the most demanding part of F&B fit-out. We design and install grease traps to NEA capacity requirements, route stainless steel exhaust ducting from kitchen hoods to the building's exhaust system, and install make-up air supply for kitchen pressure balance. Do you handle reinstatement of F&B premises at lease end?
Yes. F&B reinstatement is more involved than office reinstatement — kitchen equipment removal, grease trap pump-out and decommission, ducting strip-out, oil-soaked finishes replacement, and full degreasing. Done correctly, this prevents costly landlord disputes. We provide reinstatement quotations separately from the original fit-out contract.
