How this works. We fill in the carpentry a typical HDB flat needs — a 10 ft wardrobe in the master bedroom, 6 ft in each other bedroom, and 20 ft of kitchen cabinets with a 10 ft tabletop — at $400 per foot run (carpentry, up to 2.6m height × 650mm depth) and $150 per foot run for the tabletop. These are typical sizes to give you a ballpark; your real runs are measured on site. Everything here is a rough estimate, not a fixed quote — the final figure is agreed after a site visit and there is room to negotiate. Carpentry includes our 1-year workmanship warranty.
